About the NEPA Film Festival

The Festival

The Waverly Community House expanded and redefined the scope of the F. Lammot Belin Memorial and Scholarship Fund to serve as the F. Lammot Belin Arts Foundation thanks to the vision of the late Harry Lammot Belin. The ultimate goal is to build community through the arts and to expand the scope of arts and education programming.
The NEPA Film Festival is a product of this goal and the Comm’s overarching mission to offer educational, cultural and recreational opportunities to individuals and families in the region. It is designed to support local filmmakers while attracting talent from all corners of the world.

The three-day festival correspondingly promotes cultural
awareness and appreciation of film as an art form by exposing audiences to unique and original cinema.
Thanks to a dynamic and dedicated committee of volunteers, the following and reach of this festival continue to grow. This year, the Northeast Pennsylvania Film Festival celebrates its milestone 10th Anniversary!

Working tirelessly to make this festival as successful as possible, the NEPA Film Fest Committee is full of dedicated individuals. Meet the minds behind the 2025 Film Festival, and join us if you’re passionate about local arts and culture!
