About the NEPA Film Festival

The Festival

Dedicated to promoting emerging and independent filmmakers, the festival accepted films from around the world. The two-day festival correspondingly promotes cultural awareness and appreciation of film as an art form by exposing audiences to unique and original cinema. Festival goers will also have to opportunity to attend events, discussions and special previews with filmmakers and industry insiders.

Now entering its ninth year, the festival’s growing reputation is built on a commitment to offering the region access to entertaining new, unique, original and independently produced films.

The Venue

This Festival is held at the Waverly Community House, a historic community center dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families in the region by fostering educational, recreational and cultural opportunities.
